By signing up with HaulRise LLC:

✔ You authorize us to contact brokers & negotiate loads on your behalf
✔ You remain the authorized decision-maker for approving loads
✔ You are responsible for safe driving & compliance with all regulations
✔ You agree to pay dispatch service fees as agreed
✔ Either party may terminate the partnership with written notice

HaulRise LLC is not responsible for:
• Driver actions
• Safety violations
• Cargo damage
• Payment disputes from brokers/factoring companies

Full service agreement will be provided during onboarding.
